FAQ
Why was this apartment / condo auction in Cheras cancelled?+
The auction was marked Call Off (cancelled), originally set for 13 May 2026. That usually means the borrower cleared the arrears before auction day, reached a settlement with the bank, or the case was withdrawn.
Can I still buy this property?+
Not for now. A called-off auction has no scheduled next round, though a property can return to auction if the loan defaults again. Contact Crispina Ng 013-744 9391 and we will watch for similar auction properties in Cheras.
What is the difference between "called off" and "unsold"?+
Unsold means the auction went ahead but no bid met the reserve, and it usually returns at a lower reserve. Called off means the auction was withdrawn before it took place, with no next round scheduled. Postponed means a new date is still to be announced.
Prices and auction dates are indicative and subject to change by the auctioning bank. Reserve prices may be revised. Please contact us to confirm the latest details before bidding.
