Who we are

What we collect

• What you send us. Visitors have no accounts and there is no enquiry form. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive your name, number or email address and what you write.
• Usage data. Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to record the pages visited, your device type and your approximate location.
• Technical logs. Cloudflare and our web server record IP addresses, browser details and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you and help with the property you asked about. We use usage data to see which pages are useful, and logs to keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Who may see it

With your agreement, we may pass your details to parties involved in buying an auction property, such as a bank, lawyer or auctioneer. Google and Cloudflare process data for the services above and may do so outside Malaysia.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to help you or to meet legal and record-keeping duties.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can ask to see or correct your personal data, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email crispina.dbc@gmail.com.
